Romania este tara in care se inventeaza in fiecare an, hartii. Poti sa ai experienta intr-un domeniu, daca in ultimii ani s-a nascocit o noua diploma, poti sa nu fi recunoscut daca nu platesti pentru acea diploma. Pentru ca aceste hartii au fost inventate pentru a fi "jumuliti" oameni. S-au infiintat tot felul de firme de instruire, care s-au acreditat pe la Ministerul Muncii, si, in care se "furnizeaza" tot felul de cursuri pentru a-ti dau o hartoaga, pe bani bineinteles.
Uneori ”profesorii” de la respectivele cursuri sunt mai slabi decat cursantii cu experienta, dar ei sunt obligati sa urmeze cursul respectiv, ca altfel nu mai pot exercita respectiva activitate, in care sunt calificati in ani de experienta. In cele mai multe cazuri diploma aia nu asigura profesionalismul necesar, dar o ”diploma” bate experienta recunoscuta a unei persoane....
